Penn State Scandal

On Saturday, news broke that a grand jury had charged former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky with 40 criminal counts of molesting eight young boys between 1994 and 2009, as well as charging the athletic director Tim Curley and PSU vice president Gary Schultz with perjury. Not only has Penn State been under the spotlight for what Jerry Sandusky had done, but is also under the spotlight for losing some of their recruits.  Penn State is losing a bunch of great recruits due to this situation, they do not want to get involved with a program that has problems like Penn State does right now.

  2. This entire situation is saddening. I feel like some people are forgotting about the victims, young boys, and soley focusing on the football coach and other sports officals.
I dont understand why the parents of the abused boys did not go to the police when they knew of the abuse. Coming forward 17 years later seems a bit odd to me.Better late than never. The parents of the abused boys had to notice a difference in their child's personality.
